Rooftop Replacement
This was a rooftop site that had been destroyed. Installation of upgrades were not performed correctly, structural analyses relied on erroneous information. Property ownership relied on the wireless carrier contractors to have performed the work appropriately. By the time GCCSS was brought in, the subsurface of the roof was completely destroyed. All tenants on the top floor were relocated temporarily, the roof surface (which shared structural support with the apartment ceilings) was completely replaced, and the property was restored to livable condition.
